About Lance & Lorie

Lance has consistently been a top selling Realtor in the Alberni Valley for 17 years.  He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, a Platinum Club Recipient (2003/04/05 and 2007), is Port Alberni's "Most Referred" Agent, is a certified Relocation Specialist (C.E.R.C. - Canadian Employee Relocation Council) and holds Diplomas in Business Administration - Financing & Accounting.  Lance and Lorie believe strongly in Continued Education and keep themselves informed and up-to-date on changing legislation & practices in the Real Estate Industry through the BC Real Estate Association's CPE and Professional Development Program. 

Lorie brings a wealth of Real Estate experience & knowledge to the partnership.  Currently the Administrative Assistant, unlicensed, she has been a licensed Realtor, Agent/Nominee and Associate Broker for a number of years in both Port Alberni and Vancouver.  Her background in the Real Estate industry also includes office Management, Conveyancing & Secretarial experience.  Lorie has volunteered at the elementary school level, and has served for several years as Chair and Vice-Chair on the Parent Advisory Council and District Parent Advisory Council.

When Lance & Lorie are not busy with Real Estate, they spend much of their time at the local arena where their children are actively involved with minor hockey & figure skating, or taking in an Alberni Valley Bulldogs game. They also spend time on the baseball field where Lance coaches minor baseball, curling or hiking any number of local trails, enjoying the natural beauty of the Alberni Valley.
